There I go making cards again.
The top one was for my friend Reene's 21st birthday and I decided to include our whole crew in it. And the one on the bottom was for my dad for father's day.

madeline and cecil

These were my final character designs for 3rd semester,
and this is the little story that I created for them:
Madeline Simons wants to be a famous singer one day, but for now she just performs in
little cafes and nightclubs. One day when Cecil Petit, a 6 year old boy, is walking home
with his mother, he hears Madeline singing in a cafe. He runs to the cafe window and
looks inside to see her and he instantly falls in love. His parents take him to her cafe
performances often and every time he goes he brings a flower for Madeline. They soon
become great friends.

This was the father's day card I made for my grandpa. I made sure to add a bit of trini flavour to the message to make him laugh.

On Victoria day Adam and I went to the park to watch some fireworks. We were surrounded by them because so many families were there celebrating. It was really pretty!

This was inspired by the lolita community where there are always girls in pretty dresses doing dainty little poses.

OMG!!!! I'm finally done! I had started this last summer and I just never got around to finishing it till now. With this piece I wanted to try something a little different than what I normally do and I must say that I'm pretty happy with how it came out.

My family always asks me to make cards for them because they know that they'll get it for free and they know that they won't have to go all the way to Wal-Mart to pick one up. So, here are the two most recent ones I have done.

My grandma asked my to make this for one of our family members in Trinidad who is celebrating her 25th year of being a nun.

And this one my parents had asked me to do for my grandma's 80th birthday.
I think I'll start charging soon :p
