here's a character that i've been designing for a documentary my sister is making.

and this is one of the flash animations i did this year. i decided to use my trinidadian roots as inspiration which made my family really happy.
it lags a bit towards the end

this was my final animation for the school year. it was a group project, so naturally i worked with adam. he animated murdoc and i animated russel (the fat one). and the line we used was from harry potter and the order of the phoenix.

monkey movie

this is work that i did for my class movie!!! it's basically about a monkey that gets flung around town! chaos naturally ensues. and there's a scientist too! i have no idea how this will turn out, but i really hope that it's good.
so, 2 of my jobs for this movie were to design and create backgrounds and to animate.


this was my interpretation of the exterior of the lab and the town, but both of these were made 100 times better by the other layout artists. because of that i decided to take on all of the interior layouts for the lab. in total i had to do 43 backgrounds!! but most of them were just close ups of what i had already created.

merveilles

i did this in art fundamentals for my art history class. we had to do a piece that was inspired by an artist, so i chose yamamoto takato.
and i wanted to do something with my favourite and, malice mizer, so i thought this would be the perfect opportunity.


also, i felt like this drawing wasn't all that original so i decided to spice it up a bit with a little colour!

this was a gift for my mommy that i did over the christmas break. this is pretty different from what i usually do, especially colour wise. but in the end it was fun experimenting with colours and lighting.
